The HelloHoliday role
HelloHoliday operates an online marketplace that connects guests and hosts. We are not a party to any rental agreement, we do not own the listings, and we do not act as an insurer, broker or agent for the host.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older to book or host.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for activity on your account.
Bookings and payments
When a booking is confirmed, a contract forms directly between the guest and the host. HelloHoliday collects payment on behalf of the host and applies the cancellation policy shown at checkout.
Content
You keep ownership of the content you post but grant HelloHoliday a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute it in connection with the service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HelloHoliday is not liable for damages relating to your use of the platform, including personal injury, property loss, or lost profits.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms or our Community Guidelines.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which HelloHoliday is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
