How much does it cost to list?
Listing is free, and HelloHoliday charges 0% commission during launch. If we introduce a platform fee later, it will be shown on the booking before you accept it.
Do I need business insurance?
We recommend it. HelloHoliday does not provide insurance, so speak to a short-term rental insurer before you start hosting.
Can I decline a booking?
Yes, if you turn Instant Book off. Instant Book listings confirm eligible guests automatically; with Instant Book off, you review each request before it is confirmed.
Who cleans between guests?
Most hosts arrange their own cleaner. You can add a cleaning fee in the listing wizard to cover the cost.
