What you'll need
- A government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's licence, or national ID).
- A short selfie taken during the verification flow.
- Your legal name, date of birth, and residential address.
How long it takes
A person reviews every submission. Most decisions are made within 24 hours and you get an email either way. If we can't approve it, we tell you exactly what was unreadable or missing so you can resubmit without starting over.
How your documents are handled
Documents are encrypted, used only for verification and fraud checks, and never shown to guests or other hosts. Guests only see that you are verified.
